Guidelines on Energy Efficiency Indicators for Local Administrations in Romania
Since the energy transition implies radical changes in the structure, culture and practices of energy production, consumption, storage and distribution, local administrations cannot manage this process alone. On the contrary, the energy transition requires the effective integration into the administration of key stakeholders from different, interconnected areas.
To support local administrations, these guidelines propose the inclusion of a set of energy efficiency indicators in the technical documentation for public procurement or in the various documentation for local energy efficiency projects.
