Review of Bulgarian legislation in the field of EE and RES and the experience of municipalities in the field of energy management

This report has been prepared in accordance with the planned activities within the framework of the project "MENERGERS", funded by the European Climate Initiative (EUKI) - an instrument of the Federal Ministry for the Environment of the Republic of Germany.

It includes a review of Bulgarian legislation, a description of the experience of Bulgarian municipalities in the field of energy management and recommendations to municipalities for changes and improvement of energy management practices and their activities in the field of EE and RES.
